  • TogetHR Consulting believes in providing the right amount of services for our clients. We won’t enroll you in a package that’s not the right fit. Once we have an initial discovery call, and learn about your pain points or areas for growth and improvement, we’ll recommend a partnership where we can get started. Then, we can evaluate the needs as we move along.

  • Your dedicated HR Consultant will communicate with you when you are approaching your monthly total and discuss some options, depending on the projects you’re working on and their timelines.

    Partnership and contracts over a 6-month timeframe, up to 10 hours of consulting time can be rolled from one month to another to solidify the monthly costs. If over 10 hours consistently, we’ll recommend another Partnership level and you may be charged our normal hourly rate, which will be outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) we’ll provide before getting started.

  • Absolutely! We offer fractional HR services that can be used whenever you need to call or email for support when a situation arises.
