Who We Are?
Kari Gras, SHRM-CP & PHR
Montana is where I call home and has been since I moved here in July of 1999. Passionate about all the outdoor adventures Montana has to offer, I decided to stay and find a career I was equally passionate about.
I began my career in Human Resources working with Denise Tuohy in 2005, while employed by the Yellowstone Club. I began working in the HR and Payroll Department which was a fast-pace, and evolving department. With seasonal employees keeping the constant flow of paperwork a necessity, I was challenged to continually find better ways of getting procedures refined and streamlined. I began consulting with small businesses in August 2013, following my entrepreneur dream and making it a reality!

Kim Keene, SPHR
As John Steinbeck said, “I’m in love with Montana, for other states I have admiration, respect, recognition, even some affection. But with Montana, it is love…” and those are my sentiments, exactly! My career in Human Resources began about 20 years ago in Gardiner, Montana (while working for the concessionaire in Yellowstone National Park) and, as most good things do, it has come full circle, right back home to Montana. Having a career in Human Resources has enabled me to travel the world, and to live in some absolutely amazing places, from the left coast to the right coast and places in-between. I have worked primarily in the hospitality industry with a few others thrown in for fun.
My husband and fur babies in tow, we left coastal Virginia in September of 2020 and headed back to the mountains! I am so excited to be back and to be able to do the things I love- hike, walk, camp, ski and, mostly, I am excited to be close to our daughter, who lives in Bozeman!
I am passionate about HR and so excited to join the like-minded TogetHR Consulting Team. I am thrilled to join them on their journey of serving the business community and continued success in this crazy HR/Payroll World.
Rhonda Anderson
I grew up in TX as a patriotic USAF dependent. I have great appreciation and respect for all US military and veterans and feel fortunate for having experienced that lifestyle. Still living in a military city, l enjoy being surrounded by the culture and events.
My favorite place to be is outdoors and all activities that encompasses, including live music at outdoor venues, hiking, star gazing and being in and near the water, especially the beach.
I am excited to bring over 35 years of accounting experience to the amazing team at TogetHR Consulting led by Kari. I gained a solid foundation of full cycle accounting with 4 years at a public accounting firm where excellent mentoring, support and training has guided my career and education path. I am a long-time user and fan of QuickBooks on all platforms as well as multiple other accounting software. Industry experience includes: Public Accounting, Restaurant, Retail, Services, Real Estate, Property Management, Construction/Job Costing, Dealerships and Financial Institutions.
I am looking forward to working with TogetHR Consulting and serving our clients!
Christine Muller
I have lived in the beautiful state of Montana for over 40 years and am thrilled every single day with breathtaking scenery and a fantastic way of life!
I have a Master’s degree in HR Management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with around 20 years of experience working within the intricacies of HR, people management and leadership. I believe one of the major strengths of any organization is its ability to hire and attract the most qualified individuals and that is just the beginning. I have been passionate about the HR field ever since I first entered the workforce – back then it was a completely different era, and I am thrilled with all the changes that have occurred and continue to happen in relation to HR.
I spend my free time with my husband and 4 fur babies, while looking forward to seeing our 4 grown children, their spouses, and 6 grandchildren.
I am excited and feel privileged to be joining this wonderful team of individuals at TogetHR Consulting. I am looking forward to meeting new people and developing positive, long-term relationships!
Christina Carmona
I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and began my career in Human Resources in 2018. I moved to Bozeman in 2019 and couldn’t be happier. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and deeply enjoy working with people. I have experience with working alongside sales teams, faculty staff/educators, multiple HRIS software systems, recruiting, negotiations, streamlining processes/systems, benefits administration, payroll processing, creating efficiencies for teams, collaboration, and managing the ebb and flow of the employee’s journey within an organization.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me hiking, backpacking and exploring the many incredible places Montana has to offer.
I am delighted to further the success of our Clients through my role at TogetHR Consulting!
